If you look at the top of your blog, you'll see a bar that Blogger makes you keep on your blog (since they host it, it's their prerogative). Anyway, on the far right of this bar is a button labelled "Next Blog." When you hit it, it randomly generates another Blogger-hosted blog. It would also explain how people can possibly spend less than 0 seconds on your blog.
